What do you do about your back pain?

Most of us suffer or will suffer from back pain at some point in their lives. For many of us, it's chronic and a part of our everyday lives but don't know what to do about it besides taking pain meds and resting. There is no "one cure fits all" but I believe there is always a solution to any problem.
 
First and foremost, get a diagnosis from your doctor to rule out other injuries and diseases that may be the actual source to your pain.
