What is the Posterior Chain?
Most simply put, the posterior chain consists of groups of muscles that run along the back of your body. Your glutes are the biggest muscle in the entire body, followed by the lats, both of which help comprise the posterior chain, along with the hamstrings, rhomboids, and traps among others. The biggest and strongest muscles in our body are also the ones we tend to neglect most!
