Listen to Your Body

Hello members... David here, and I wanted to discuss an important topic in regards to training... It's called "listening to your body." I think you may know what I'm talking about. It's that little voice in your head that tells us when you probably shouldn't be doing an exercise or even training at all. Most of us, even trainers, seem to be good at ignoring that voice and then a little problem becomes a big problem.
