When you are aware of your feelings, your thoughts and your body both inside and outside or yourself without judgment, that is called mindfulness.  A person's awareness dictates everyday choices.  When we are aware, we plan better, we are less forgetful and we are clearer about what is important to us.  Many clients come to us struggling with the balance between overwhelming commitments and taking care of themselves.  They seem to lose their sense of mental and physical awareness. They ask themselves questions. How did I gain weight? Why am I so stressed? Why does my neck hurt?  Why do I get frustrated so easily?
