Establishing a Plyometric Routine

I am going to talk about the benefits of Plyometrics, plyometric exercises, and establishing a plyometric routine. Plyometrics, also known as “plyos”, are exercises based around having muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible. One of the goals of this type of exercise is to increase ones speed and power. It is important to mention that anyone performing this type of exercise should consider safety first.
