Swedish Massage: This massage is designed to relieve chronic tension and stress by using long connective strokes and kneading to promote muscle relaxation, circulation and detoxification. Aromatherapy available upon request.

Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage: The deep tissue massage uses varied techniques to affect the musculature and fascia to increase range of motion. Modalities may include any of the following: deep tissue, lymphatic, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, connective tissue/fascial release and facilitated stretching; everything the serious or recreational athlete needs to prepare and soothe shocked muscles.

Shiatsu: Shiatsu, also known as acupressure, is a finger pressure massage technique. Its benefits include deep muscle and tissue relaxation, stress reduction and management. It also releases toxins from the body, increases flexibility, improves blood circulation and reduces blood pressure. Shiatsu reduces mental anxiety; it balances ki (chi- energy), and calms nervousness by increasing mental and spiritual awareness.

Pre-natal Massage: Destress during this side-lying relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. Our highly trained therapist will incorporate massage techniques that deliver complete relaxation while relieving aches and pains.

Chair Massage: Cost effective by its short duration, chair massage is an ideal way to unwind after a hard day’s work and it is a perfect compliment to a warm-up before a workout or Pilates session! It is also beneficial for keeping alive the deeper work in between longer therapeutic massage sessions.

Foot Reflexology: A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears and their referral areas within zone related areas, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes the practitioner uses fingers, thumbs & knuckles, the feet being the primary area of application; reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
