Our 11-Week Youth Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for all ability levels ages 12-16. The aim of our program is to:

  • Improve Strength and Coordination
  • Increase Muscular Endurance
  • Improve Sports Performance
  • Improve Self-Esteem and Confidence
  • Improve Overall Health
  • Reduce Risk for Injury

Class Schedule: 

The program runs January 18th - April 7th. We’d like to wrap up registration by January 14th. Participants may take up to 2 classes per week!

  • Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
  • Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm
Coaching sessions (classes) will take place in our Small Group Training room. Class sizes are limited so please sign up early to ensure a spot in our program. 



1 Session per week $220 ($20 per session)
2 Sessions per week $330 ($15 per session)

When you sign up your child ages 12-16 for our 11-week Small Group Training Program led by an NASM certified personal trainer with extensive experience in youth strength and conditioning; you will receive a complimentary gym membership for the duration of the program 1/18/18 - 4/7/18. Get your workout in while your kids workout too!
Restrictions: Complimentary gym memberships valid only for parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Maximum 2 complimentary memberships even if you sign up more than 2 children. Does not apply if you have a current membership (see #2).
