Our 12-Week Youth Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for all ability levels ages 12-16+. The aim of our program is to:

  • Improve Strength and Coordination
  • Increase Muscular Endurance
  • Improve Sports Performance
  • Improve Self-Esteem and Confidence
  • Improve Overall Health
  • Reduce Risk for Injury


Class Schedule: 

The program runs January 10th - April 13th, 2019. Participants may take up to 2 classes per week!

  • Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
  • Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm

Coaching sessions (classes) will take place in our Small Group Training room. Class sizes are limited so please sign up early to ensure a spot in our program. 


1 Session per week: $240 ( $20 per class) New *3 EFT payment option: $80
2 Sessions per week: $360 ($15 per class)  New *3 EFT payment option: $120
Drop In: $25 per class

Valid for first time participants only: Sign up your 12-16+ year old for our 13-week small group training classes designed for youth and led by NASM certified personal trainer with experience in youth strength and conditioning, receive a complimentary gym membership during the program duration 1/10/19 - 4/13/19. Get your workout in while you're kids workout too!

Restrictions: Valid only for parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and if this is your child’s first time doing the youth program. Maximum 2 complimentary memberships even if you sign up more than 2 children. Does not apply if you have a current membership, but as a member you get 10% off Youth Program registration.

2. Body Kinetics members receive 10% off Youth Program registration.
