Small Group Training Classes offer you an affordable way to experience the benefits and motivation of a Personal Trainer. Level 1: Stabilization The main focus is to develop neuromuscular efficiency by increasing stabilization strength and develop optimal communication between the nervous system and muscular system.
Goals: Improve muscle balance, increase flexibility, enhance control of posture, increase neuromuscular efficiency, enhance joint stability.
Level 2 and Level 3: Strength The main focus is to enhance stabilization strength and endurance while increasing prime mover strength.
Goals: Improve stabilization endurance and increase prime mover strength, Improve overall capacity, enhances joint stabilization, enhance body strength, increase motor unit recruitment, increase frequency of motor unit recruitmentImprove peak force.
