What you will get:

  • All new progressional workouts designed to improve mobility, stability, strength and metabolic conditioning
  • 3 Coached session per week, that’s 36 Small Group Training Sessions by our awesome NASM certified trainers
  • Monthly workout schedules
  • Pre and post FIT3D scan for a comprehensive body composition and postural analysis
  • Initial one hour nutritional workshop by a certified nutritionist & weekly nutritional check ins with your coach
  • Open to non-members who will have access to the gym during program duration

Coached Workout Sessions: Tuesday 6:15-7:15pm, Thursday 6:15-7:15pm and Saturday 8-9am

Member Cost  $480 or 3 payments of $160  |  Non-Member $540 or 3 payments of $180
