Yoga can increase your flexibility, improve your balance, and decrease your cholesterol. Our Yoga classes are included in membership and our program offers a variety of styles at convenient times.
Align and Flow offers a unique blend of themes with effective alignment techniques in traditional yoga poses. You'll build a firm foundation, refine core strength, and advance your flexibility through moving your body skillfully and safely on the mat. This class is great for all levels.
Iyengar Yoga- Build strength while creating flexibility. Based on the teachings of living yoga master BKS Iyengar, this is a suitable class for all levels. Emphasis is placed on adapting the practice to the needs of the individual. Good for those who enjoy working with detail and precision and excellent for those with injuries or limitations.
Yoga Flow- These classes make up the core of our yoga program and are broken up into three levels of difficulty. Yoga Flow classes focus on fine tuning the relationship between classical Hatha yoga postures and breath control. Vigorous and fun. Level 2/3 classes offer a challenging yoga workout.
Restorative Yoga/Yoga Slow- A blend of gentle movements and relaxation supported by props that will help bring your mind/body back into balance. You will feel relaxed and deeply rested as your body lets go of stress and your mind becomes still.
Mindful Flow- A blend of seated, standing, and flowing postures, and the emphasis throughout is on mindful breath and relaxing into full-bodied awareness. Deep stretching, strengthening, and some vigorous flow, interspersed with moments of focused and deep relaxation, lead one into a deep experience of presence and peace.
Pilates Mat: Taught by Body Kinetics Pilates instructors these floor work based classes are a great introduction to the Pilates Method and provide excellent core strength and stability training.
Pilates Abs with Props: The Pilates Method, with the addition of balls, rollers, and bands for another dimension of fitness. This is a multi-level class.
