Hello members... David here, and I wanted to discuss an important topic in regards to training... It's called "listening to your body." I think you may know what I'm talking about. It's that little voice in your head that tells us when you probably shouldn't be doing an exercise or even training at all. A New Year… A New Start

Here we go… Another new year has begun and whether you train regularly, plan to start over, or are starting for the first time, treat yourself with the gift of success. Talk to your favorite trainer and schedule a few sessions with him or her. A trainer can help you make the most of the time you spend at the gym. If you already train consistently and you find yourself doing the same old same old, a new program can re-motivate your mind and redirect your body.  This is one sure case where change is a good thing.
