February Fitness: American Heart Month

Now that we're a month into the new year, it is time to evaluate whether you're doing what you can to be the strongest, healthiest you that you can be in 2013. Take control of your life and make fitness choices that will be good for you and will lead you to a healthy heart. February is officially American Heart Month.  Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, with over 600,000 casualties every year.
