30 Days to a Healthy Me!

This January and February several club members and I took a 30 day challenge of clean eating.  As a group we took on a daunting task, eliminate: wheat/gluten, dairy, sugar, alcohol, coffee, vinegar, soy and yeast. I am already gluten free and avoid most dairy, so those two didn’t freak me out too bad, but coffee?  You want me to give up coffee?
