Fluid Running and It's Many Benefits

  I am excited about my second career as a personal trainer. I feel very fortunate to have gained knowledge through my educational apprenticeship and continuing education at Body Kinetics and I put these into use. However, I really want to express my thanks to many of my loyal ongoing clients who entrust me and allow me to employ many training techniques learned from my life experiences.... my virtual tool box. As such, I know am incorporating an additional training tool to my conditioning program. “Fluid Running.”  In April, I attended a 2-day instructor certification in Chicago headed by my teacher Jennifer Conroyd.
