As each year passes (especially after our forties.. ugh), our bodies are constantly changing. You're probably saying "tell me something I don't know". I was recently reading an article in Shape Magazine about Mitochondria and thought it would be a great topic to share. Let's start with the basics: Mitochondria are tiny powerhouses that live in all our cells.
