Usually that means starting with the eating pattern you currently have and making a few changes customized to your situation. Rarely are complete overhauls necessary, successful or long lasting. We provide customized Diets Professionally Designed for You: You can meet one on one with our experienced nutrition professional, John Hoeber, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist Sports Dietitian, Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer with over 26 years of professional success. Free 30 minute consultations are available.

Nutrition Check-up- $250: You get Medical and Dental check-ups once a year, but when was the last time you had a Nutrition Check-Up? A Nutrition Check-up will fine tune your diet to insure you are as healthy and fit as you can be. Includes a needs assessment, intake evaluation and detailed plan over the course of two 1-hr private sessions. Follow up sessions available as needed $110/hr, $72/half hr.

Nutrition Overhaul- $1,200:  Four weeks of whatever it takes to get you to your goals: Nutrition Check-Up, home visit, shopping education excursion, cooking class, fitness program, 1-hr private sessions 3 times per week for fitness training and follow up coaching.

Fresh Start Group Weight Loss Class - $99: Fresh Start is weight loss class with 4 weekly meetings. There is an easy diet to follow with 4 simple rules, but also includes daily reading and experiential homework that will allow you to do the foundational work for lasting change.

Diet Blast Cleanse- $99: The Diet Blast Cleanse is a one month group detox diet which is tremendously successful. It follows a classic “elimination and challenge” diet where certain foods are eliminated from the diet and then added back in later. Diet Blasts cleans the diet and resets a normal pattern of eating. Offered January and February only.
